Is one of the most important aspect of Kashubian art. It usually uses seven colours, with each colour having a special meaning. The three shades of blue from very light to saphire represent the blue skye, lakes and the sea. Kashubian forests and meadows are represented by the green, yellow is the sun and red is the love of Kashubian people for their country. Using black embroidery is linked to hard work of the people living in this region. While trying to keep in line with tradition, we extended our range of colours by introducing more subtle tones of: beige, bronze, green and blue. We wanted to satisfy the different tastes our clients may have. We also take special orders for individual clients.
